Warm a Heart, Give Jeans

During our annual collection campaign, jeans are collected for and by residents of the Brainport region. A good pair of jeans means more than just clothing. It gives confidence, dignity, and the opportunity to participate. With the Warm a Heart, Give Jeans campaign, we work together to ensure that residents in the Brainport region for whom buying jeans is not a given, such as families with financial worries, newcomers, and people who are homeless or without shelter, are helped.

In the spring, pre-loved jeans will be collected at various locations in the region over a period of three weeks. On one joint day, all jeans will be counted, sorted, and distributed. To ensure that the jeans go directly to where they are most needed, the organizations themselves will choose the jeans for their target group and take them immediately.

For social organizations

During the Warm a Heart, Give Jeans campaign, jeans are collected in the Brainport region for three weeks. Residents drop off their jeans at a public collection point or at their workplace.

As a social organization, you are closely involved in the distribution and you choose the jeans that suit your target group and take them with you immediately, so that they end up with the people for whom they make a difference.

For companies

With Warm a Heart, Give Jeans, you can showcase your company’s social commitment in a meaningful way, both within your company and in the region. A pair of jeans hanging in the closet is given a new purpose and makes a difference to someone else.

By collecting jeans from your employees, you involve them in an accessible way in implementing your Corporate Social Responsibility policy. It stimulates conversation in the workplace, raises awareness about reuse, and provides a concrete moment when you can make a difference for the region together.

The collected jackets are distributed through our campaign to social organizations in the region, which carefully pass them on to the people for whom they are intended.
